ELECTRONICS FILTER DESIGN
In this section introduces the new procedure of designing an analog or digital filter from a given filter based on frequency transformation and bilinear z-transformation with pre-warping frequency. The involving of the Pascal's triangle in this method derived the matrix equations, called "Pascal matrix equations", they are used to find the relationship between the coefficients of the transfer functions in s-domain and z-domain.

There are three Pascal matrix equations, namely:
* Analog to analog Pascal matrix equation : transforming an analog filter to another analog filter.
* Analog to digital Pascal matrix equation : transforming an analog filter to a digital filter.
* Digital to digital Pascal matrix equation : transforming an digital filter to another digital filter.
