Digital to digital Pascal matrix equation

Frequency transformation in z-domain is a new method to transform form a digiral filter into another digital filters (low pass, high pass, band pass and band stop filter). The technique of this method is based on frequency transformation, bilinear z-transform with pre-warping frequency and a wonderful application of the Pascal’s triangle which is made for easier computing when transform from a filter to another one. And also from this method, a Pascal matrix equation is derived, it is called "Digital to digital filter Pascal matrix equation" which is used to desig digital filters.

Its inherent simplicity could make the algorithm attractive for many applications where it is needed to minimize computational requirements and workloads..
